ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and drive revenue growth.
Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, Guest engagement, and market share.
Oversee content creation and design for online and offline marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, print collateral, and advertising.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing automation to improve Guest acquisition and retention.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand positioning and business growth.
Establish and monitor marketing performance metrics, ensuring initiatives deliver ROI and meet business objectives.
Lead the development of pricing strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring Guest satisfaction.
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Direct and coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, community events, and public relations efforts.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and optimal resource allocation.
Provide leadership and professional development opportunities for the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Support corporate communications, including internal and external messaging, press releases, and crisis management strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in a Retail environment..
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and public relations strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and automation software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
Experience in website management, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and market dynamics.
Knowledge of HTML, video production, and productivity tools like Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus.
