Our Client is a leading Travel Center (Truck Stop) Retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States.
The company operates approximately 40 sites covering 8 states in the southwest region.Their new concept incorporates fuel, convenience, grocery, hardware and apparel in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today.
Position Qualifications / Background:
10 Years experience in the Retail Grocery/Truck Stop industry.
Multi-unit supervisory experience.
Experience In a Small Format Grocery Store Highly Preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Retail Grocery/Truck Stop operations, staffing, training/development, P&L and practical general business knowledge.
Ensures locations deliver all facets of our “promise” to the customers.
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team.
