Role :
The General Manager is focused on leading all operational aspects of the business, while ensuring adherence to all company standards, policies, and procedures. Must establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and sales departments to encourage repeat and referral business. Will have day-to-day responsibilities over all operational activities including overseeing shift leads and staff, site-level P&L, implementing ongoing training & safety initiatives, monthly membership plan management, among others. The position will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and establish excellent working relationships with customers and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all car wash personnel have the requisite training, skills, and resources necessary to excel.
- Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive performance through monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective action when needed.
- Manage P&L based on budget goals.
- Lead the company safety program including compliance with all OSHA requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and maintain equipment.
