This role will lead all
facets of one location
including managing employees
driving sales,
P&L accountability, positive customer experience and top notch food service.
Excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently are all essential to success in the role.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
Proven success running a QSR
Ability to work autonomously & possess an entrepreneurial streak and treat this
business as your own.
Experience in hiring, training, mentoring and leading a team to success.
Embraces and builds a strong culture using a mature situational leadership style of management.
Strong computer, communications skills and team leader. Mid-Senior Level Retail Restaurants Management
