GENERAL MANAGER

ROLE:
As General Manager, you are responsible for building an outstanding, best-in-class guest experience in a fast-paced environment by providing day-to-day coaching and leadership to your team. You will also help ensure that the site under your leadership meets and exceeds the company’s standards in leadership, guest service, safety, quality, operational excellence, and financial performance.
Essential Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop new team members; motivate and coach your team, and create a positive work environment.
Schedule team members according to business needs.
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by handling any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain focus on growing sales volume and site profitability.
Promote and upsell monthly membership programs.
Strong understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and resolve any minor repair issues to reduce any downtime.
Perform Other Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned.
