who can manage, lead and direct the efforts of a team, while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale.

The Manager is the driver of the company’s growth. This individual will lead the company’s core values and strengthen the team around them. Must have a competitive
mindset and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
Works directly with Executive Leadership Team to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
Drive monthly memberships
Trains and develops team members, leading them to their fullest potential
Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork
Consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate and encourage team members
Requirements:
5 YRS CAR WASH operations management experience
ICS/Wash Connect Experience Preferred.
Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people
Strong personal commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
Superior leadership and organizational skills
Compensation:
