Responsibilities

- Perform deep and routine cleaning for residential and commercial clients, ensuring all spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Provide decluttering and organization services to enhance functionality in both living and workspaces.
- Conduct post-construction cleaning to remove dust, debris, and leftover materials, leaving spaces move-in ready.
- Handle move-in/move-out cleaning to prepare properties for new occupants.
- Utilize professional-grade cleaning techniques to maintain spotless and well-organized environments.
- Travel to various client locations to deliver efficient and professional cleaning services.
- Maintain, transport, and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and cleaning protocols while performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure thoroughness and efficiency.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, including deep cleaning and event preparation, as needed.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial).
- Experience with luxury properties, executive offices, or specialized cleaning services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and high-end cleaning products is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites within designated service areas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, if needed.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate when needed.
