JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Assists with managing administrative tasks during the recruitment process
- Maintains and manages company employee database, ensures successful onboarding of new employees.
- Handles employment Related inquires from applicants, employees, & supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Conducts HRIS audits and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Maintain the personnel files of the company's employees.
- Understands recruiting, tracking, and interviewing of prospective candidates so you are able to assist with recruiting when needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Manager in development, coordination, and application of HR policies and procedure.
- Provides assistance in communicating various HR-related procedures and policies.
- Provides HR customer service to employees and others reaching out to the HR department.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a related field or 2 years equivalent experience in HR field
- 1-2 years of HRIS experience
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Work will be performed in an office environment
- Will be required to sit, stand and move throughout the office as needed.
- Should be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed
- Employees must be able to pass background check and a drug screen at time of offer and have reliable transportation.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM. with an unpaid lunch of one hour.
