We are currently looking for an Working Supervisor in the Oakland County, MI area.
Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:
- Need to be available to work flexible hours
- Maintaining a small team of employees
- Training new employees
- Filling in/General Cleaning as needed
- Keeping track of inventory, reordering stock
- Attending mandatory meetings
- Communicating with Management
- Resolve complaints and any conflict
- Discipline and reward employees
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Inspections
- Other duties as assigned
