Brief Summary of Duties:
Brief Summary of Duties:
- Repair, audit, wipe, and part out IT type equipment (Phones and tablets)
- Repair phones and tablets for customers while they wait
- Customer facing diagnostics
- Invoicing customers for repairs
- Responsible for sorting equipment prior to it being recycled
- Ensure re-marketable equipment is processed for sale and not recycled
- Other duties as assigned by department
Experience and/or Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Applicant must have typing skills and be able to perform constant data entry
- Resume must show a background working with mobile products
- Work history doing tech device repair
- Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
- PC Tech Experience
- Previous employment in computer related job
- Micro soldering
- iPhone and iPad repair

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow effectively
- Outgoing, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
