Project Coordinator I
Starting wage $17.50
No Nights, No weekends! No mandatory overtime
Do you like to organize and manage the various parts of a project to ensure its success. Do you have experience in assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management?
Our St. Charles, MO location is looking for a Project Coordinator that can bring technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the organization’s goals to successfully deliver ITAD projects that drive value and innovation while managing risks and challenges effectively.
Brief Summary of Duties:
- Support the needs of the ARS Dept. by arranging logistical support for ITAD Field Reps. and Salesmen
- Supporting the ARS Sales Staff by setting up logistical pickups when needed
- Create new Projects within EPC software.
- Coordinate and identify 3rd party contractors and vendors as required.
- Track project progression and expenses
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing tasks at a desk or workstation with regular use of a computer, including typing and mouse usage required
- Other duties as assigned by department
Skills/Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency working with office computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Organizing priority pickups and high-profile customers
- Very detailed oriented - maintaining multiple projects simultaneously and working within deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

- Project planning, scheduling, and management

- Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with other teams or groups to achieve goals.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a timely manner.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
- 1 or 2 years of a Logistics background
- Familiar with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping methods. Independent problem solving to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through, and completion.
- Ability to problem solve, answer questions & evaluate results of performance.
- Ethically minded and able to work under pressure in challenging environments.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to speak clearly and interact with clients and peers.
- Strong organizational skills, lots of paperwork involved, ability to prioritize and handle deadlines
