Executive Placements has an immediate opportunity with our Richmond, VA retail client's Customer Service Call Center! The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with questions regarding product payments, availability, shipments, quality, and other related issues.

NOTE: This is not a Remote/Work from home position – must be willing to work ON-SITE

  • Favorable scheduling between 8-6 Monday - Friday, No Weekends!
  • 16/hr. to start
  • Paid Training

The Right Candidate MUST HAVE:

  • Customer Service Background – Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in Customer Support roles (Call Center-preferred, Dr. Office, Administrative or Receptionist)
  • Strong Communication Skills – Written and Verbal – An ability to engage customers with clear & positive communication, quickly recognizing the issue or concern, and resolving the matter expressing empathy
  • Familiarity with computer system and multi-line phones (preferably experience working with Dual Monitors)
  • Minimum high school degree or G.E.D.

Job Description:

  • Effectively manage calls in an inbound call center environment (average 30 -50 calls daily)
  • Respond to client emails professionally to resolve customer concerns
  • Communicate with customers effectively and professionally
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research the issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Work to build customer confidence and develop lasting client/customer relationships
  • Record all communications in company database
