The Front Office Administrator is vital in supporting the Office Management team. They are responsible for performing the necessary operations for the front office to run efficiently. Additionally, the Front Office Administrator is the first impression of upholding our company’s high standard of customer service and professionalism as they communicate with property owners, property managers, builders, and other vendors. Executive Pro-Dry is a non-franchise, family-owned and operated, local company and we have been serving the needs of the Pikes Peak Community since 1984. We are looking for someone who will project our values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism to all customers and vendors.
- Receive and dispatch new jobs.
- Answer phone calls and emails, assist with customer requests, and communicate messages to other staff.
- Organizing and tracking reviews.
- Cultivate an atmosphere of honor with our guests.
- Assembling documentation/packets for new jobs.
- Gathering invoicing and billing documentation for accounts receivable.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office space.
- Track and assist with referral program.
- Assist with accounts receivable.
- Track inventory and report to Assistant Manager.
- Data entry.
- Complete daily checklists.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and patient customer service skills
- Have a desire to make a difference in our customers’ lives.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated (VERY important), a problem solver, and a team player
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- General math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of social media
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent and professional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn about the restoration industry.
