Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging designs and visual merchandising design.
- Design and create artwork for soft accessories, gifting, and stationery.
- Provide feedback to the team to support project development and design evolution.
- Create 2D and 3D packaging designs and visual merchandising designs.
- Manage time efficiently to consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Create packaging and display materials ready for press.
- Work closely with the team designing packaging to ensure the integrity of the design during the packaging development process.
- Create and render a packaging library that designers can utilize.
- Coordinate with other departments on packaging requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and bring in new sources of creative inspiration.
- Enhance the creative and technical skills of yourself and the team.
- Obtain necessary approvals and relay feedback to the graphics and design team.
