Job Overview
Our client, an iconic children's fashion brand, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join their team. This role will play a crucial part in creating the latest children’s trends and graphics while maintaining the brand's unique identity.
Responsibilities :
- Provide overall designs including creating tech packs and presentation boards for children's Newborn, Infant, and Toddler apparel.
- Maintain the seasonal design catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
- Provide color and reference samples to support the design process.
- Create graphics and prints and direct the graphic artists.
- Contribute to the brand's research initiatives, helping to shape the landscape of brand development.
- Meet all deadlines in adherence to the seasonal design calendar.
- Undertake special projects as assigned, aligned with the brand's strategic goals.
- Create sketches of CAD styles for development as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to create, update, and prepare technical packs for sampling.
- Track and update the design sample schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.
