- Maintain production/quality standards, adhering to Corporate Technical Department and Product Development standards and procedures.
- Update and create technical packaging to be sent to overseas factories, including grading, construction description, and proposed garment specs.
- Follow up fit samples for construction and measurement accuracy.
- Assist in fit sessions: take notes and photos of the required corrections on fit and construction and send them to the vendor.
- Review with vendors on grading and construction corrections that are required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· College degree or equivalent work experience.
· 5 years plus technical design experience in the retail garment industry, including knowledge of
Girls and Boys, Newborn, Infant and Toddler
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. Working knowledge of Microsoft Illustrator and Photoshop
