The CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global strategy, ensuring sustained profitability, and driving business expansion. This individual will provide leadership across all facets of the organisation, aligning operational objectives with the broader vision set by the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong track record in business strategy, financial management, and global operations within the architecture or design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and financial targets.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to senior executives, fostering collaboration and unity across all offices.
- Oversee major business decisions, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and large-scale expansion initiatives.
- Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for the organisation on key legal, regulatory, and industry matters.
- Drive profitability and revenue growth in accordance with targets set by the Board, working closely with the COO and other leadership figures.
- Champion a high-performance culture by ensuring competence, commitment, and operational efficiency at all levels of the business.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for high-level client matters, ensuring resolutions align with company policy while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations.
- Contribute to corporate governance and risk management, including oversight of annual audits, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth plans.
- Strengthen key client relationships, driving engagement and loyalty through targeted development initiatives.
- Provide ongoing performance management and professional development support for direct reports, fostering leadership growth within the organisation.
