Project Superintendent

WHAT THE POSITIONS WILL OFFER YOU :

  • 85,000 - $110,000 Bonus of $10,000 - $20,000
  • Benefit Package : PTO includes vacation and sick leave, medical insurance, profit sharing, AFLAC and a Flexible Benefit Plan.
  • 401k with match.

  • Can live in Sioux Falls or Mitchell.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :

  • Reports to President.
  • Planning & Reporting : Prepare meeting agendas, weekly notes, 3-week lookahead schedules, and generate daily job-site reports.
  • Coordination & Oversight : Manage employees, equipment, and daily / weekly activities, ensuring plans and specifications are followed.
  • Safety & Compliance : Maintain a safe job site, adhering to OSHA guidelines and standards.
  • Subcontractor Management : Coordinate and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors.

    • BACKGROUND PROFILE :

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 Years Experience in Commercial Construction Projects (Schools, Commercial Businesses or Governmental Projects)
  • Skilled in the following : MS Word, Excel, Project, ProCore
  • Ability to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Self-Starter
  • Team Player
