Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Executive Recruiting Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining the Quality Management System in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage AS9100 audits and quality documentation.
- Develop and implement KPIs for each area of responsibility.
- Set department objectives/KPIs and review direct reports' performance.
- Participate in customer contract reviews, specifically quality standard requirements.
- Perform product inspections and complete quality documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong experience with FAIR, PPAPS, and AS9100.
- 5 years of Quality aviation industry experience.
- GD&T experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
