Pay Rate: $47.00-$70.50 per hour.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
- Ensures compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Evaluates, provides, and ensures patient’s plan of care.
- Oversees Physical Therapy Assistants providing guidance, discussing progress, and monitoring clinical interventions/skills.
- Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques that are needed to achieve patient’s goals.
- Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
- Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and always conducts self in a professional manner.
- Provides skilled documentation of patient’s condition, and provide caregiver/patient education, progress and need for services.
- Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient’s engagement and responses to treatment, modifies as necessary.

Requirements:
- Valid NJ professional license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Preferred experience with rehab optima and skilled nursing facilities
- New graduates are welcome.
Salary : $47 - $71
