Production Assistant/Jr Designer

They are currently seeking a bilingual production assistant/junior designer to join their dynamic team of creative minds supporting a large client with global reach.

The Production Assistant/ Junior Designer is responsible for assisting the creative team to develop visually engaging output through social media, web banners, print collateral, promotional materials, signage, and other visual communications. Strong artistic sense and technical expertise in Adobe programs are essential for this position. This fast-paced, boutique agency requires both independent and collaborative work and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates will speak fluent Arabic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create and edit images, graphics, and other visual elements. Manage multiple production projects in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines, and design specifications.
• Assist with design revisions, feedback incorporation, and asset updates as needed to meet project goals and deadlines. Multiple versions may be required.
• Follow the company's creative direction and replicate a consistent brand image.
• Work closely with Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to discuss project requirements and conceptualize design concepts as needed.
• Determine appropriate size and arrangement of copy and photography, as well as font style and size.
• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating digital asset libraries, ensuring that assets are easy to access, properly labeled, and up to date.
• Ability to speak and understand the Arabic language both verbal and written.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in color theory, design principles including typography, composition, hierarchy, iconography, and imagery.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Arabic language both written and verbal.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated knowledge of print and digital concepts.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to receive and implement detailed written instruction.
• Professional, organized, and enthusiastic team player willing to work on a wide range of projects.
• Ability to bring a concept to life by creating a strong visual message with a targeted purpose
