About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our construction projects in Carrollton, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations while managing teams, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage and supervise project managers, site supervisors, and field personnel.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financials, and workforce management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing construction staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
