Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Med / Surg and ICU ($80K-$99K)

40 hrs / wk; day shift, variable at times to meet staff and patient needs.
Responsible for daily operations of ACU / ICU. Ensures appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment to meet business needs and patient needs; collaborates and communicates with Director, physicians, SLC and other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of department of oversight.
- Current NE license or Compact Nursing License from another state.
- BSN required,
- 2 years med surg or ICU experience and 1 year leadership experience.
- Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
- Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
Salary : $80,000 - $99,000
