Home Health / Hospice RN ($33-$44 / hr ; $62K-$82K per year)

36 hrs / wk; Direct clinical nursing services in client’s home / residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient / family and rehab.
- Will take weekday and weekend call on rotating schedule.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills, team-oriented with previous nursing experience needed.
- BSN or willing to obtain, NE RN license or Compact license, and BLS.
- Preferred candidates will have home health / hospice experience.
- Able to drive own vehicle with valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
- Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
Salary : $62,000 - $82,000
