Home Health / Hospice RN ($33$44 / hr ; $62K$82K per year)
Columbus NE USA
36 hrs / wk; Direct clinical nursing services in clients home / residence or facility including but not limited to IV therapy venipuncture wound cares and wound vac Hospice coordination of care between MD facility patient / family and rehab.
- Will take weekday and weekend call on rotating schedule.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills strong computer skills teamoriented with previous nursing experience needed.
- BSN or willing to obtain NE RN license or Compact license and BLS.
- Preferred candidates will have home health / hospice experience.
- Able to drive own vehicle with valid drivers license and car insurance.
- Signon bonus ($10K with a 1year commitment).
- Relocation assistance ranges from $5K $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
