House Supervisor RN ($75K$85K)
Columbus NE USA
36 hrs / wk; 5 : 30p6a 3 days / wk.
Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues including patient family employee and provider complaints.
Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments.
Ensures shift operational standards are met including : response to emergency codes patient flow placement and / or transfer clinical resource for evidence based practice policies and procedures.
- Current NE RN license (or Compact license)
- BLS ACLS TNCC & PALS.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Signon bonus ($10K with a 1year commitment).
- Relocation assistance ranges from $5K $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
