House Supervisor - RN ($75K-$85K)
Columbus, NE USA
36 hrs / wk; 5 : 30p-6a, 3 days / wk.
Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints.
Support direct care needs and staffing adjustments.
Ensures shift operational standards are met, including : response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and / or transfer, clinical resource for evidence based practice, policies and procedures.
- Current NE RN license (or Compact license),
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Sign-on bonus ($10K with a 1-year commitment).
- Relocation assistance ranges from $5K - $15K depending upon how far of a move for the candidate.
