Job Summary:
Field Supervisors provide the first level of support and supervision to security officers. Field Supervisors facilitate communication between officers and the support staff in the office. Field Supervisors not only direct and provide support to our team members but also interact with clients as the face of our company. At times Field Supervisors will be called on to fill in for security officers.
The schedule for this role is: Monday - Friday 0700-1500
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Motivate employees, resolve issues, administer and document discipline
- Serve as a conduit of communication between officers and the main office
- Be the first point of contact for questions or inquiries from officers and clients
- Provides a sense of security by being a uniform presence
- Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy
- Secures premises by patrolling properties, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points
- Investigates and reports security breaches, incidents, and trespassers
- Responsible for temporary or on-call posts
- Fill-in for security officers and cover posts as necessary
- Operate a company vehicle
- May operate as plain clothes duty on occasion
- Quality control and inspection of officer's uniforms and job performance
- Other field or administrative duties as requested

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current WA DOL Security Guard License.
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times Willingness to work in inclement weather
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
