Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our client's premises, staff, and visitors. They will be observant, attentive, professional, responsible, and efficient in handling various security tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a visible deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Patrols of parking structures, parking lots, including the elevator lobbies and stairways.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit detailed Daily Activity Reports & Incident Reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Washington Department of Licensing Unarmed Professional License
- Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Proficient in conflict management
