Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of locations to determine cleaning needs, including commercial spaces, hotels, and residential properties.
- Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure efficient service delivery based on identified needs.
- Maintain accurate records of locations serviced and any specific requirements or preferences noted during assessments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and protocols during all operations.
- Assist in training new staff on location-specific cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hotel maintenance, or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial duties is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple locations efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
