Job Description:
I am using Activiti BPMN in Eclipse, some cases using JS/Groovy to build business workflows for Porta. Understanding HICX object model and working with Mike (TPO) on how we can better leverage the product. Conduct design sessions with HICX engineer to design, build each technical solution and debug issues.
I work on reporting, understanding the data model and using SQL to build metrics for business. This is mostly handled by Ed now that I have taken up dev but I built most of our core reporting in my first three quarters with Porta.
Other misc. monthly deliverables: Form changes, email templates, user management, documentation versioning (operations runbook, design docs on all release deliverables)
db admin (User management, vendor onboarding) work, handling the Windchill document and master data migrations for each release. Managing integration mappings in HICX for successful flow from CDL.
handling the support mailboxes while TJ's team is still getting acclimated. Main contact with HICX support in reaching resolution on techn. issues our users encounter.
