Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and requisitions for job orders with clients.
- Interview candidates by video or phone to assess skills and background.
- Identify, evaluate, screen, and present top talent to clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.

This is a commission-only role and does not include a base salary or employee benefits. Executive Solutions pays one of the highest rates in the recruiting industry while providing the corporate-level resources to support your success.
