As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to take on all business development activities, drive our sales pipeline, and help us grow to the next level.
The Role :
The BDR will generate leads, nurture relationships, and set up qualified meetings for the President. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is eager to contribute to our firm's growth.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across our target market.
- Outbound Outreach : Execute a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage potential clients.
- Qualifying Leads : Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify leads, and determine their potential fit.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the President to further develop and close.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the President to develop effective outreach strategies and continuously refine our approach.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, Sales, or similar role
- Experience in recruiting or staffing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate our value proposition and service offerings
