The Title Manager will manage and lead the title examination team of full-time employees as they perform title research and issue title commitments and title insurance policies as well as examine acreage properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the growth and development of the title examination team.
- Ensure the following workflows are efficient and yield accurate and timely work product :
- Title examinations (base title commitments, and builder lots in assigned Divisions).
- Title commitments (abstract, examine, type and send out for assigned Divisions).
- Title policies.
- Monitor projected files for closings and estimated release dates for construction loans and lot purchases.
- Perform title examination on complex acreage lots.
- Effective workflow management that includes tracking, measuring and reporting key performance indicators.
- Effective usage of workflow automation tools and VMO duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
