Position: Lot Attendant

Location: Executive Volkswagen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains landscaping, including mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, mulching and trimming.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the carwash and ensures proper operation.
• Performs Intercompany delivery of documents to several locations on a daily basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and showroom areas.
• Move vehicles to designated areas within the dealership premises.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly parked and aligned.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as washing vehicles and checking tire pressure.
• Assist with the organization and management of inventory.
• Support the sales and service teams as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
