What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Executive Yacht Group?
Purpose
This position reports to the office manager. The duties will be to assist in the maintenance and management of our records and the administration of Executive Yacht Group through the entire business cycle. This position will include contact and interaction with our customers and data entry. These duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Telephone reception and the handling of basic customer inquiries.
Processing and mailing of new customer packages
Maintenance of phone log
Writing of correspondence as needed
Maintenance of Customer Files and records
Processing of Authorizations
Follow Up on Authorizations
Knowledge of the work order process
Ensure that office supplies are maintained and managed properly
Post office runs
Sort and route mail
Related SOP’s Code of Conduct, Phone Log and Answering procedures, Handling Customer Problems, Customer Relations, Customer contact & Information Update, Office Organization, Filing System, Questions and Answer
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
