About the Role
Exegistics has partnered with a leading technology company in Painted Post, NY to find a Finance Coordinator!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Order to Cash Specialist to support billing, collections, order release, cash applications, and credit functions. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain accurate account records.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business partners and customers, including Customer Service and Commercial groups, to support financial processes.
- Communicate with customers at various levels to resolve billing, payment, and credit issues.
- Monitor and manage collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Research and reconcile banking statements and accounts.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures, following standard operating procedures.
- Utilize automated systems to track and manage financial data.
- Analyze accounts receivable data and provide insights to management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend necessary changes.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in team projects and support reconciliation and reporting needs for managers and supervisors.
