Job Title: RHB Machine Operator
Pay: $22-$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RHB Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing RHB machine processing, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic processing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate and maintain RHB equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor RHB processing systems within production guidelines.
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications through inspections and adjustments.
- Work with the shift team to maximize production efficiency and provide guidance to packers and utility workers.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues, mold setups, and equipment malfunctions.
- Work alongside the maintenance team to address mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards while adhering to company policies.
- Complete all required process-related documentation accurately.
- Follow and uphold Food Safety Program (GMP) requirements.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in RHB processing or plastic processing.
- Ability to verify product quality (visual inspections and measurements).
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures and safety compliance.
- Knowledge of oven setup, reheat curves, mold operations, and timing adjustments.
- Ability to set up and adjust downstream equipment (e.g., boxmakers, robots, laning systems).
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to perform basic equipment repairs.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate forklifts safely.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs overhead to a height of six feet.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime and call-in work as needed.
Work Environment & PPE Requirements:
- Requires standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.
- Must wear hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, hairnet, and beard net (if applicable).
