Job Title : Material Handler
Position Summary :
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support production operations by ensuring materials are efficiently transported, stored, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review production orders to ensure proper packing materials are available.
- Deliver materials to machine operators as needed.
- Transport finished products from production lines to the pallet wrapper for shipment preparation.
- Move skids and pallets to designated areas.
- Transport scrap materials to the recycling area and complete required documentation.
- Maintain communication with shipping and production supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Safely operate a forklift while adhering to company safety guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
