Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Provide the highest level of prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Provide a consistent and quality experience in satisfying client demands in the reprographics / print center.
  • Continuously monitor emails and print portal queue. Respond accordingly, as per business processes and operational guidelines, in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to customer in navigating the print portal.
  • Handle printing and scanning requests.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to and focus on details and processes. Perform frequent quality checks during print process.
  • Troubleshoots and clears material jams and other obstacles promptly.
  • Handle time-sensitive, confidential materials in accordance with privacy protection policies.
  • Establish operating procedures and quality standards.
  • Adapt to process changes as required by the client.
  • Other site national support and special projects as needed.
  • Participate in cross-training in the Mailroom and Office Services.
  • Provide backfill as needed.
  • Availability for overtime during busy season.

  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy, willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and support team coverage
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 18 Years of Age or Older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service related experience
  • Experience as a Site Representative and / or a minimum of 1 plus years demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting / bending / climbing
  • May lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Significant walking; Ability to stand, sit and / or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
  • Prior Helpful Experience May Include :

  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Experience with maintaining and basic troubleshooting of printers, copiers, and other office equipment
  • The pay range for this position starts at $19 / hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
