Position Summary:

The L&D Associate helps in the creation, administration, organization and presentation of company trainings, programs, meetings, and initiatives. The primary responsibilities of this role include supporting the creation of learning and development initiatives and programs, assisting with, and scheduling learning opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation/editing of work instruction documents
- Assist with the development of training presentations and training videos
- Assist with the scheduling of training sessions and booking / notifying all relevant parties
- Assist in the delivery of training sessions at a basic/administrative level
- Assist in facility set up / clean up before and/or after a L&D event
- Ensure all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked or canceled in advance
- Support learners in the Learning Lab
- Send out appropriate pre-course information to delegates / managers in advance of courses
- Complete all required L&D paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare L&D documentation such as: manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires, and other support materials
- Update L&D materials as directed
- Assist with creation, formatting, and dispersion of L&D support materials / handouts for courses
- Facilitate course evaluation feedback via questionnaires following courses and compiling / communicating feedback to the L&D team
- Maintain L&D records and files, which may include filing forms and tracking participant attendance
- Prepare standard and custom training reports in the LMS as required
- Assist and support the Director of Learning & Development, Training Manager, LMS Administrator and Training Supervisors as directed
- Perform any other duties assigned
Required Skills:
- Must have excellent English language written and oral communication skills

- Must have the ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks
Education & Experience:
- Must be making satisfactory progress in an accredited school program
