Position Summary:
The Junior Information Systems L&D /Intranet Analyst will support the maintenance, development, and user experience of our company intranet and related information systems, including acting as a technical liaison for the Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role focuses on ensuring accurate and accessible information, providing technical support, and assisting with content management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic IT environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Intranet Content Management:
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of intranet content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Create and publish new content, including announcements, articles, and multimedia, following established guidelines.
- Work with content owners to gather and organize information for the intranet.
- Monitor intranet content for outdated or inaccurate information and take appropriate action.
- Ensure intranet content adheres to company branding and style guidelines.
- Intranet Support and User Experience:
- Provide technical support/training to employees regarding intranet access, navigation, and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting intranet-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to improvements in the intranet's user experience.
- Monitor intranet analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Information Systems Support:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of assigned information systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for information systems and intranet processes.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of system updates and enhancements.
- Assist in the creation of support tickets and track resolution.
- Assist in data entry and reporting.
- Learning & Development (L&D):
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs for internal information systems.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other documentation for software and applications.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including room setup and participant communication.
- Promote e-learning content via the intranet.
- General:
- Stay up-to-date on intranet best practices and relevant technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate sound decision making and organizational skills

- Excellent English language (written and oral communication) skills with a demonstrated ability to write effective copy.
- Ability to read and evaluate text for grammatical and typographical error and rephrase written text to ensure document structure and content are consistent.
- Basic understanding of web content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
- A basic understanding of LMS platforms (specifically Veeva and Litmos)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
