Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, personnel, and managing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing of finished drug products to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and quality standards are met or exceeded.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Enforce standards, procedures, and comply with legal regulations
- Drive the warehouse to operate at peak efficiency – Internal and external customer satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and organize warehouse employees and activities to achieve operational goals
- Evaluate product handling, storage requirements, inventory, and shipping methods and develop improvement processes that drive efficiency and productivity
- Help solve day-to-day operational issues
- Review staffing requirements, workflows, space allocations, equipment needs, and action plans that meet company standards for quality, customer service, and productivity
- Supervise the daily warehouse activities including inventory control, space management, floor productivity, receiving, shipping, internal and external logistics
- Manage and direct the daily workflow
- Routine inspection of equipment and oversee general maintenance when needed
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review productivity, concerns, areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to drive enhancements in the operations
- Help develop plans for loss prevention
- Help ensure all SAP transactions are accurate and completed on time
- Support the production operations at all locations by ensuring materials are delivered and picked up on time and personnel are available when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (advanced degree is helpful but not necessary)
- Five or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
- Strong knowledge of logistics and materials management
