Customer Experience Associate
Job Summary/Objective
The Customer Experience Associate position has a variety of tasks where some are performed daily and some are weekly or upon request. It requires a self-motivated person who prides him or herself in paying attention to detail, being organized, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Job Requirements
Process and deliver incoming mail and packages
- Process outgoing mail and packages
- Run Pitney Bowes postage equipment
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet customer’s clients so they feel welcomed and escort them to a conference room
- Manage and run print/copy/scanning equipment
- Assemble binders and other materials for presentations
- Schedule conference rooms as needed for customer meetings
- Order food for meetings – sometimes work with catering/other times pick up order (local)
- Kitchen/pantry tasks – restocking, keeping areas clean and organized
- Check conference rooms daily to be sure they are ready for meetings
- Run errands – post office special service requests, pick up documents from courthouse,
- Assisting administrative assistants with special projects·
- Handle time-sensitive material
- Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the onsite customer coordinator
- Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
- Ensure adherence to customer and Exela’s business guidelines, safety & security procedures
- Ability to resolve issues
- Ability to communicate with customer and others
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and administrative skills required
- Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel
- Ability to adhere to company’s policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand for extended periods of time
- Hours: 8 am - 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break, Mon. - Fri.
- Prior reprographics experience (print/copy/finishing)
- Prior experience in legal environment
- Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience
- Requires limited supervision and is self-motivated
