Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all assigned job schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize various types of inserting equipment to accurately insert client statements, invoices, checks, and other documents according to job specifications.
- Set up and operate inserting machines based on job requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Conduct frequent quality checks during machine operation to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork or system entries accurately and promptly.
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to support the smooth operation of the mail processing department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mail processing or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to handling critical mail and adherence to company quality standards and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Flexibility to work required hours, especially during peak production times.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during machine operation.
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality in handling critical mail and adherence to company standards.
- Being meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.
- Demonstrating dedication and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Ability to sustain standing for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production demands.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear exchange of information.
- Capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
