“The pay for this position starts at $19 - $19.50 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in warehouse management systems or spreadsheets, including receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions.
- Maintain organized records of inventory levels, shipments, and other warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with cycle counting, stock replenishment, and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging items for delivery or pickup.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, verifying contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspecting goods for damage or defects.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate workflow, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status or inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelving, storage bins, and shipping/receiving areas, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by warehouse supervisors or management to support overall warehouse objectives and initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks and maintaining records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers and external contacts.
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes and packages, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including familiarity with carrier regulations and shipping documentation.
