Primary Purpose
Manage the development and execution of marketing and customer education plans (e.g., for energy efficiency / EV, solar, digital tools, social / digital content). Objectives include building customer awareness, increasing customer participation and marketing related products and services. Develop and execute customer communications via multiple channels including direct communications and advertising. Lead strategic initiatives and marketing efforts for programs across the OpCo. Partner with numerous stakeholder groups to communicate initiatives and influence outcomes. Work with multiple vendors to execute plans and accomplish objectives. Participate in and utilize market research to inform education and marketing plans and associated communication materials. Develop and maintain an environment that promotes diversity, accountability and fosters teamwork. Establish, promote and maintain a safe work environment. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
