Primary Purpose
Are you highly organized with a strong customer orientation? Come join a dynamic team! The ComEd HR Coordinator provides administrative assistance to HR leaders and supports the ComEd HR Department with office coordination and project support.
Primary Duties
- Provides administrative support to the HR Directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, contract & invoice processing, and general office activities such as typing, filing and preparing presentations or documents, including confidential documents.
- Orders, maintains and organizes office supplies and other inventory.
- Builds and maintains relationships with administrative professionals across the business; collaborates to ensure business needs are met.
- Participates in or manages special projects as appropriate; assists in planning, executing and monitoring project timelines.
- Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
