Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with 3rd party companies to align product requirements based on sales and lead times from third party partners.
- Understand site capacities, capabilities, and supply risks. Coordinate issue and bottleneck management as necessary.
- Participate in weekly calls with teams across the world.
- Collaborate with the business team and Supply Chain team to provide an accurate forecast for demand planning.
- Serve as a liaison between the Supply Chain team and finance team to assist with monthly inventory valuation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning tools and processes.
- Access inventories and build BOMs using SAP H4 to perform transactions per batch.
- Plan movement and shipping timelines, building transit times and assessing inventory levels by month for all assigned drug products.
- Work with the logistics team to ensure timely transportation from ports to warehouses and other partners.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure the timely release of priority batches with all necessary documents.
- Work with Quality, Operations, and IT professionals to improve supply chain performance.
- Align with the Regulatory team and maintain up-to-date files related to artworks.
- Analyze quantities on hand for existing projects to procure materials supplied by Xiromed LLC/Exeltis.
- Assist in overseeing packaging, distribution, and shipping activities performed by third-party vendors.
- Ensure the movement of final products through data input into SAP, receiving products in SAP, and monitoring material usage and tracking it via BOMs.
- Stay current on relevant cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements and ensure study management activities are aligned.
- Manage end-of-month supply chain activities.
- Demonstrate and promote company vision.

Requirements and Personal Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or equivalent field.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Project Management, with SAP experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical sector knowledge and solid communication skills with ability to work in multinational environments.
- Driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations (e.g., Inventory, purchasing, finance, etc.) required.
- Multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Results-oriented and fast learner.
- Great teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple business teams.
