Job Description:
The Deskside Technician is responsible for providing on-site support for end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT hardware and software. This role includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices. The technician will work directly with employees to provide hands-on assistance, set up new equipment, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems and software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and asset management for end-user devices.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal users.
- Document and track issues using helpdesk ticketing systems.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.66 - $26.47 per hour
